What does "no minimum charge" actually mean?
It means we don't charge you a fee just for showing up. Many companies charge $80-$150 before they even look at your furnace. We charge you for the work we do, not for the privilege of opening your door.
What does "no fix, no fee" mean?
If we can't fix your furnace, you don't pay us anything. We take on the risk, not you. If the problem is beyond repair and you need a replacement, we'll give you an honest assessment and quote — but there's no charge for the diagnosis.
How quickly can you come out?
Most service calls are booked within 24-48 hours. For emergencies (no heat in winter), we offer same-day and next-day service. Call 403-971-8821 and we'll work it out.
What brands of furnace do you service?
All of them. Goodman, Lennox, Carrier, Trane, Bryant, Rheem, York, Keeprite, Napoleon — if it's a furnace, we can fix it.
Do you work evenings or weekends?
Emergency service is available outside regular hours. For non-emergency repairs, we schedule during business hours (Mon-Fri) at a time that works for you.
Will you try to sell me a new furnace?
Only if yours genuinely can't be repaired. Our goal is to fix what you have. If a repair costs more than it's worth, we'll tell you straight — but the decision is always yours.
